ABOUT MELIORA

About Meliora
Clubhouse.

The idea was simple — movement, recovery, good food, coffee and community, all under one roof.

BEHIND MELIORA — GABRIELA, FOUNDER

I wanted the kind of place I couldn’t find.

It all started after a motorcycle accident and a long recovery. I suddenly had to learn a lot about my body — how it worked, what it needed, and what actually helped me get better.

What stayed with me most was that progress was never about one thing. It was about being present, being disciplined, showing up consistently and doing things with intention.

That mindset became the starting point for Meliora.

I wanted to create a place built around getting better — where movement, recovery and everything around them is approached with the same level of thought and intention. A place that becomes part of your everyday, not somewhere you rush in and out of.

Meliora started with one idea: build the place I wanted to exist. Then bring in brilliant people to make each part of it their own.

THE PEOPLE

Shaped by people who know their craft.

The Grip Method

Aca Cerezo & Lara Ruiz

The minds behind Meliora’s signature approach to movement. Strength, control and intention, taught with precision and without noise. They also shape the instructor experience and movement philosophy inside the clubhouse.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

José Luis Moreno

José leads physiotherapy and recovery at Meliora, bringing individual, expert care into the experience and connecting recovery naturally with movement and long-term progress.

The Healthy Café

Miri

Miri shaped the café menu and food concept, making sure the café is a destination in its own right — not an afterthought to the studio.
